Please note that you should be connected to the web (Internet), be online and viewing the Entry Form within a web browser window to transmit your Entry Form data to us by clicking on the red transmit button.
Entry Form Data Processing Instructions
Your entered Entry Form data will be transmitted to us for processing. Please click the red transmit button only once then wait until the processing has finished. It may take a few seconds up to ½ minute but then you should see our Thank You page which confirms that the processing is done. Additionally you will also receive an automated confirmation e-mail that we received your Entry Form data.
IMPORTANT: Please note that it is not enough to just transmit your Entry Form data electronically. You are NOT entered in the show until we receive your complete package with payment, printed and signed entry form and copies of all applicable documents on or before the deadlines.
Please contact us if you wish to receive the entry form by e-mail, fax or mail.
a) You must mail copies of the dogs registration, pedigree and other applicable documents together with your payment and your signed entry form on or before the above dates.
b) All payments must be in US Dollars.
c) The original documents must be presented to the show secretary at check in.
d) It is possible to provide the name of the dog handler plus signature during show check in.
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES, ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT SIGNED, AND ENTRIES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND/OR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Mail completed entries, payments, and copies of the required documents to Christina Reppert (show secretary) or Charlie Starr (show chairman). Entries that are not received in our office on or before the event deadline dates will not be accepted.

As requested by the German Shepherd Dog Club of America-Working Dog Association, Inc. you will need to read, understand and agree to the Release Statement and Waiver of Liability presented on the entry form PDF file.

All dogs born in the USA that are 12 months and older, must have their tattoo number certified on their original American Kennel Club (AKC) pedigree. Foreign pedigrees do not need to be GSDCA-WDA tattoo certified.
Effective, March 1, 2008. An original current Breed Survey Certificate (Körschein) shall suffice as acceptable proof of the verification of the tattoo requirement for German Shepherd Dogs as required by the GSDCA-WDA. The Breed Survey Certificate shall have been issued by a country whose Breed Survey Certificates are accepted under the rules and guidelines of the GSDCA-WDA and the SV.
Puppy Classes
3-12 Months of age. (The puppies should have pedigrees.)
Youth, Young and Adult Dog Classes
An AKC pedigree with GSDCA-WDA tattoo certification or a foreign pedigree and registration papers must accompany your signed entry form. All originals MUST be brought to the show for check in!
Working Dog Classes
An AKC pedigree with GSDCA-WDA tattoo certification or a foreign pedigree, registration, scorebook pages including identification page to show proof of title, hip certification if not shown on pedigree, and breed survey report if dog has been breed surveyed. To be eligible for the working dog class, your dog must be two years of age and have a working title. Working titles for this class include SchH, IPO, DPO, HGH, VK and others deemed acceptable by the FCI. To be eligible for an excellent (V) rating, dogs over two and a half must have an acceptable hip certification. Dogs over three and a half must have been breed surveyed. All originals MUST be brought to the show for check in and should be available ringside should the judge request to see them.
Veterans Classes
Copies of 3 or 4-generation pedigree, registration, and scorebook pages including identification page to show proof of title must accompany your signed entry form. This class requires a working title. All originals MUST be brought to the show for check in!
Please NOTE that all dogs born in the USA are required to be registered with the AKC. Dogs born outside of the USA are required to be registered with an FCI recognized kennel club, also recognized by the AKC for registration purposes.
