Thank you for submitting your Entry Form Data for the 2008 Great Lakes Regional Show and Breed Survey through this online transaction. Your data was received. An auto-response was just e-mailed to you.

It is important to note that it was not enough to just transmit the Entry Form Data electronically. You are NOT entered in the show until we receive your complete package with payment, printed and signed entry form and copies of all applicable documents on or before the deadlines.
